Luxury E-Design Service
Our Luxury E-Design Service is a great option for clients who live outside of our service area but desire our design esthetic. It’s also excellent for DIYers who have a great eye but need help creating a functional, well-designed space that takes into consideration design principles such as scale, pattern, and repetition.
We collaborate to develop a design plan that includes the major components of a space, including wall color, furnishings, area rug(s), art, lighting, and textiles.
We also provide a to-scale floor plan, mood board, clickable shopping list, and installation instructions so that you can successfully manage your design plan. We utilize retail vendors so you are able to procure items and install products on your own.
All projects begin with a complimentary, 20-minute Discovery Call. During this call, we discuss the scope of your project and determine the level of service required. Then we schedule your Initial Consultation and provide you with our New Client Welcome Packet and Client Questionnaire.
You also get access to our exclusive client portal. This will allow you to upload photos of your space so that we can get a feel for your home’s architecture and your personal style. We provide you with a step-by-step guide for both measuring and photographing your space to ensure we have just what we need to get started.
This is our kick-off phase! The Initial Consultation is a 90-minute Zoom meeting during which we discuss your wants and needs, prioritize your goals, assess the current environment, offer preliminary design ideas and suggestions, and review our design process.
During our Conceptual Design Presentation, you will receive a design plan that addresses your home’s functional and esthetic needs, including a floor plan, mood board, furniture, and décor options.
We will also review fabric selections and furniture finishes, as well as discuss any potential modifications (up to three items) to the design plan.
Detailed Design Presentation
This is the final design plan, including any requested revisions. All products are finalized, including specifications such as finish, fabric, and/or color, and are posted to your client portal.
This is the plan you will use to create your very own magazine-worthy space—one that also addresses your functional and esthetic needs. We are happy to provide "service after the sale" up to 14 calendar days after the final design has been delivered to you. This allows us to choose item revisions for any products that may be out of stock when you order or answer any questions you have regarding the design plan.
